Leased Lines

We can offer 2Mb/s leased line circuits suitable for Internet access, VPN or point to point connectivity. We provide Ethernet from the major UK network operators giving us one of the largest footprints for coverage within the UK for high speed Internet and site to site connectivity. We offer speeds from 2Mb/s to 1Gb/s over Ethernet and the same or greater for off-net site to site connectivity. National Ethernet is also available for long distance circuits and local Ethernet from Points of Presence (PoPs) to customer sites. We offer a 99.9% Service Level Agreement (SLA) on our leased circuits and a 99.99% with a failover option.

Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM)

EFM mixes new technology with ‘old world’ copper in the first mile. EFM is important because it is the next step in the transition to fast, reliable and affordable IP connectivity. Ethernet offers true un-contended, symmetric and guaranteed bandwidth which allows QoS (Quality of Service).

Speeds from1Mb/s to 10Mb/s can be achieved over multiple copper pairs using EFM technology.

ADSL Backup

2Mb/s leased lines and Ethernet circuits are available with a backup solution in the form of a second service over ADSL. Customers with business critical services requiring a 99.99% service availability are advised to take this option.

Quore offer ADSL solutions via Griffin Internet. We can offer either Local Loop Unbundled (LLU) or BT IPStream Connect lines. All at competetive rates.

The Griffin Internet Network is an uncontended business grade network, so you will always get the maximum speed your line can handle whatever time of the day. We will even guarantee throughput on your line depending on the service you have.

On each line type we offer MAX services and MAX Premium services. A typical MAX service offers less than 14:1 equivalent contention ratio. A typical MAX Premium service offers contention ratios of less than 7:1.

Bonded ADSL Broadband is where we link up to 4 ADSL Broadband services to provide you up to 4 times the upstream and downstream speeds. A special router is provided at the site and a direct link to the core of Griffins network ensure fast access all the time.
